We work on a maximum of 3 to 5 new projects per month. It's a deliberate decision: we prefer a few clients with maximum dedication.
Can I subscribe to just one service or do I need the complete package?
Completely flexible. You can hire individual services (SEO only, speed optimization only, an app only, etc.) or combine them as needed. We adapt to your schedule and priorities.
How much does each service cost?
Every project is different, and prices vary depending on scope, complexity, and timeline. The best thing to do is schedule a call so we can understand exactly what you need and prepare a customized quote. No obligation.
Do you work with stores that are already on Shopify?
Absolutely. In fact, most optimization, speed, CRO, SEO, or app projects are for existing Shopify stores that want to take them to the next level.
Do you work with stores outside of Spain?
Yes. We work with clients in Spain, Latin America, and Europe. Shopify Markets allows us to manage multiple languages, multiple currencies, and local taxes seamlessly.
Do I need Shopify Plus for some services?
Not for everyone. Custom stores, migrations, speed, SEO, and CRO work on any plan. Private apps and some advanced ERP integrations may require Plus. We'll advise you on which plan you need.
If I contract several services, is there a discount?
Yes. Comprehensive projects (store + SEO + speed + app, for example) are more affordable than hiring each service separately. The more complete the scope, the better the rate.
Do you offer maintenance after delivering the service?
Yes. Monthly growth plans with technical support, ongoing optimizations, adjustments, and new features. Or, if you prefer, on-time delivery and you can call us when you need anything else. It's up to you.
Do you provide training so my team can manage the store?
Yes. We include onboarding sessions where we teach your team how to manage products, orders, discounts, content, and all the custom features we've created. Complete documentation is included.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We work in sprints with constant reviews. If something doesn't quite work for you, we'll adjust it until it does. We won't move on to the next phase without your approval. No surprises at the end.
