How long does migration take?

Between 6 and 10 weeks depending on complexity. Your store continues selling throughout the entire process. We launch only when everything is validated, not before.

Will my customers have to register again?

We migrated all customer accounts and their data. Passwords cannot be transferred for security reasons, but Shopify automatically sends an email to each customer to activate their access upon their first login.

What happens to my BigCommerce apps?
