It depends on the ERP. Those that support webhooks synchronize in real time. Others work in 5- to 15-minute intervals. We define this in the preliminary analysis and tell you what to expect before we begin.

What happens if there is a synchronization error?

We have a logging system, automatic retries, and alerts. You always know what went wrong, when, and why. If you need to intervene manually, you have a control panel to manage it independently.

Does my ERP have an API?

Most modern ERPs do. If yours doesn't have this feature, we work with file exports and imports or direct database connections. Tell us what you're using, and we'll tell you how to solve the problem.

How long does the integration process take?
